As of now UM manages Tele Columbus AG. Based in Berlin, the company is the third-largest cable network operator in Germany with some 3.6 million affiliated households. In addition to TV, telephone and internet, the offer also includes mobile communications.
After the acquisitions of regional cable operators in recent years, Tele Columbus has launched the first integrated media campaign on the channels DOOH, Mobile, Print, Online-Video, Social, Regio-TV and Radio. The creation came from the Berlin agency Foundry , the brand implementation by the German office of the VIM Groupin Frankfurt / Main. The campaign is intended to link nationwide brand awareness campaigns with local, geobased sales activation. For this purpose, UM is setting up the campaign using the data-driven approach of Moments Planning at defined key moments in the everyday life of the target group. The team is responsible for strategy, planning and purchasing of the classic media by managing partner Simon Kathmann. Tele Columbus is working with Performance Media in Hamburg, Germany.
