Agencies have to change, digital transformation and big data open up more scope for customers. UM now wants to take this into account from the IPGnetwork and is establishing a new strategy discipline: “Growth”. The topic will be occupied by the two directors Saskia Frauscher and Christoph Klemann .

“Growth is not just a new department, it is our attitude as an agency to take responsibility for the economic success of our clients, an attitude that is essential to us as a consultant but still infrequent on the market,” explains Sven Weisbrich , CEO at UM.

Above all, the agenda of the new strategy discipline is to predict consumer and market behavior in order to counter this with new digital business models. Weisbrich wants to close a gap in the market with the offer. The demand is there and the first customers are in the starting blocks, it says from the agency.
