UM Sweden, Norway and Denmark celebrated the end of the year with a new business win by securing online dating giant Match.com.

Match.com is an online dating service with web sites serving 25 countries in more than eight languages spanning five continents. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the company also has offices in West Hollywood, San Francisco, Tokyo, Rio de Janeiro, and Beijing.

The pitch focused on TV and Radio capabilities to improve the brand image and awareness in each Nordic market. The team presented a full year media plan for each country based on the specific market challenges and objectives for Match.com. In the end, our Nordic UM team outlasted incumbent OMD to secure the new account.

Managed by the Sweden office, the Match.com plan looks to spend approximately €10 million in media in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
