Cindy Dai, UM Shanghai General Manager, has been named as one of Campaign Asia’s 40 Faces to Watch, an impressive list of 40 young people who have not only achieved great success, but are poised to achieve  much more.

Through her dedication to quality client service, Cindy increased 2012 billings by 57%, securing new business wins including  Chrysler, Jeep, Claire’s and Lindt. A firm believer in talent development, she has implemented a management trainee program that coaches university graduates and allows them to grow within the organization by capitalizing on their own unique qualities. She also was the engineer of an ‘adaptable training’ program for all employees, increasing worker satisfaction while spurring her team to higher levels of achievement..
