UM Thailand, in conjunction with ensemble Thailand, was awarded Silver at the 2014 Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2014 in Singapore.

Singled out for their Kickstanding campaign for Microsoft Surface, UM was awarded Silver in the Best Use of Co-creation/Crowd Sourcing category.

Introduced in 2013, the Loyalty & Engagement Awards is the only awards program that focuses completely on customer loyalty and engagement in the Southeast Asia market.  Eligible work must either be carried out in Southeast Asia or for an individual, region and/or global market that includes Southeast Asia. The awards consist of 23 categories across three segments: loyalty, engagement and relationship marketing.

This year’s awards were handed out at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore on August 14.
