UM Canada celebrated Gold and Silver wins at the Media Innovation Awards on November 7. Nominated for a total of nine outstanding cases across multiple categories (for work on Labatt, Sony and Johnson & Johnson), UM Canada secured four out of the nine awards.
UM Canada was honored with three awards for its “Budweiser Red Light” campaign including Gold Awards for Best in Content Integration & Sponsorship and Best in Experiential & Special Events, as well as a Silver Award for Best in Fast Moving Consumer Goods. They also picked up a Silver Award for Best in Content Integration & Sponsorship for the “Sony Evil Dead” campaign.
The Media Innovation Awards, organized by Marketing Talent Inc., are one of Canada’s most prestigious and important media awards programs. The Awards Gala honors the great and growing role media plays in the marketing mix and those responsible for the selection, deployment, and implementation of break-through advertising media programs.
