UM International has been appointed to manage the global media account for Regus, representing the global workplace provider in 100 countries.

Founded in Brussels, Belgium in 1989, Regus is a global workplace provider delivering a network of more than 1,800 business centers in 100 countries. The company provides convenient, flexible, high-quality, fully serviced spaces for people wherever they choose to work, whether for a few minutes or a few years. Over 1.5 million members rely on Regus support in work centers in city centers, suburban districts, shopping centers and retail outlets, railway stations, motorway service stations and even community centers.

“As we enter a crucial stage in the development of our business, it was important for us to find a partner that we felt understood our vision and shared our passion for innovation. UM fit the bill on all levels, and we look forward to working with them over the coming months and years,” said Rick Vlemmiks, chief marketing officer, Regus.

Sylvain Valeix, managing director of UM International, added that the agency was excited to work with Regus as it continued to grow in response to “fundamental changes” taking place in the workplace and develop a plan which would reflect the ambition of the brand.

Regus boasts an impressive client list worldwide, including GlaxoSmithKline, Toshiba and Google.
