UM Singapore was awarded top honors five times at the Singapore Media Awards, including the Grand Prix and Media Person of the Year award for Anita Yeong.

UM took the Grand Prix for the “Red Cross Connection” campaign created for the Singapore Red Cross Society. The campaign centered on a Facebook app that sent sharable alerts to users when a blood donation was needed. The campaign was also the winner in two additional categories.
