NEW YORK, N.Y., November 11, 2014 – Following a competitive pitch, UM, a division of IPG Mediabrands, announced today that it has won the US buying for hardware company, True Value.

Effective immediately, UM will handle local and national buying duties for the company. The account will be led from UM’s Detroit office.
