Jacki brings 20 years of global experience from the media owner perspective. She has worked with a number of networks and established herself as an expert in forging strategic partnerships among media owners and agencies. In whatever position Jacki has held, she enhanced the business performance of the team.

Her savvy approach and know-how from dealing with media networks has been invaluable to UM, and propelled the agency in both their branding and business initiatives. She understands how (and when) media owners can be engaged to provide the most strategic value for her UM clients.

As President of UM North America, Jacki is responsible for all operations, including planning and buying across all channels, as well as business development. She works closely with client leads to provide expertise and input when creating campaigns or other business solutions. Jacki has been integral in building and leading integrated media and sales teams, creating strategies to yield impressive results, and establishing alliances among vital collaborators such as media owners. She works to develop and sustain the UM brand throughout the North American region.

Jacki’s fundamental understanding of media owners, provides UM with a leg up on the competition, and establishes a more efficient partnership for UM as well as the media outlets.  She has also played a key role in bringing in an unprecedented amount of New Business in 2009, in which the North American region garnered almost $2 billion in new client wins.

Jacki came to UM from Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, where she served as Executive Vice President of Media Sales, and led the formation of an integrated media team. Previously, she served as Vice President, Worldwide Strategies and Solutions at YAHOO. She began her career at USA Today where she spent 18 years with her last position there as Senior Vice President of Advertising.
