UM is proud to announce that Eileen Kiernan, Global CMO has been selected to sit on both the shortlisting and final jury at this year’s M&M Global Awards. Also selected for the shortlisting jury is UM’s Regional Strategy Lead, LATAM – Mario Mejia. The two will review work submitted by advertisers and agencies as well as ultimately help decide who takes home the coveted honors. Celebrating its 25th year as the leading awards program in London, the awards continue to recognize and celebrate the most innovative and effective pan-regional advertising campaigns in the industry.
UM Hong Kong welcomes Nicola Yates as their new Channel Planning Director. Nicola Yates has replaced Doris Kuok who has departed to pursue further education at Oxford. With over nine years of experience within the industry, Nicola will lead global media operations for the Cathay Pacific, Dragonair and Asia Miles brands. Welcome to the UM family!
Nandini Dias, Lodestar UM’s CEO, has been selected as a juror for the Young Spikes Media Competition. Taking place during the Spikes Asia Festival in late September, the competition is a chance for young talent to showcase their business insight and strategy skills. Winners will be awarded Gold medals at the Spikes Asia Awards Ceremony, and receive full delegate passes to Spikes Asia 2015.
Last but certainly not least, UM’s very own JP Aguirre, SVP, Group Partner, has been recognized by Broadcasting & Cable as one of the top media planners within the industry. This esteemed, annual recognition solidifies the magnitude of JP’s great work.
